What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made 30 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 2 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 1 days before the tour.

STALIN is super driverI was lucky. I met tuk tuk. The driver's name is Stalin. Responsible, attentive, knows the city of Colombo perfectly. He showed us the sights, was our photographer and even took us to a local cafe. I recommend it! 10 out of 10

My colleagues and I have spent some days working in Colombo. It was a considerable fortune to meet Starlin among all the several tuc tuc and their touristic city tour offers. Starlin is professional and very friendly at the same time. He offered us the possibility of visiting the city during our short breaks from work. He organized tailored city tours for us, taking care of our requests for temple visits, shopping tours in different areas and for reservations in traditional (no touristic)restaurants. He offered us experience outside the affiliated shops, and on some occasions, he negotiated for us about the prices with the local people. During these fantastic and intensive work days, he was always available (also when I called him by phone only a few minutes before our short moments of break). Thanks to Starlin we had the opportunity to enjoy in a very easy and safe way our business trip. I have a friend now in Colombo! I strongly recommend Starlin Glory Tour Tuk Tuk
