7 days or more before the tour date → Full refund.
3–6 days before the tour date → 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before the tour date → No refund will be issued.
If we cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as bad weather, vehicle breakdown, safety concerns, or force majeure events), you will receive:
A full refund, OR
The option to reschedule your tour at no extra cost.
If you fail to show up at the agreed meeting point or at the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Certain services, such as special promotions, discounted tours, or add-ons, may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.
