GloryTourByTukTuk is a local tour company offering tuk-tuk rides, city tours, and custom travel experiences.
These Terms apply to all bookings made through our website, by phone, or in person.
By booking a tour, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
A booking is confirmed only after full payment or a required deposit.
Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with tour details.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate information (names, contact details, dates).
Payments can be made online through our secure payment gateway or in cash (when applicable).

Customer cancellations:
More than 7 days before the tour → Full refund.
3–6 days before the tour → 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before the tour → No refund.
Company cancellations:
If we cancel due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Minor changes (time/date) may be accommodated subject to availability.
Any additional costs due to changes (extra participants, extended hours) must be paid by the customer.
Customers must arrive on time at the agreed meeting point.
It is your responsibility to have valid travel documents, insurance, and comply with local laws.
You are responsible for your personal belongings during the tour.
We ensure reasonable care and safety during tours, but participation is at your own risk.
GloryTourByTukTuk is not liable for:
Personal injury, loss, or damage due to negligence of third parties.
Delays, cancellations, or force majeure events (weather, strikes, natural disasters).
We recommend that all customers obtain personal travel insurance covering accidents, health, and trip cancellations.
Content on our website (images, text, branding) is owned by GloryTourByTukTuk and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
Misuse of our website or false bookings may result in cancellation without refund.
